Tomorrow is Homecoming and I know the game is early, but I recommend getting up early and checking out the Pre-Homecoming events. I hate waking up early on Saturday’s, but last year I forced myself out of bed and checked out the campus festivities. There were so many alumni on campus and Neil Armstrong was even here. I went and watched him give a speech and even snapped a picture of him. It was really cool to see such a living legend and its even cooler that I am going to the same school as he did. Usually on Homecoming each college has a tent set up with food and a welcome desk. I went to my college’s booth and met some alumni. It was a great chance to network and it was interesting to talk to alumni and hear about how much campus has changed. Homecoming only comes once a year and I advise you to get up and take advantage of it.
